Welcome to MeetFluxAI. By creating an account or registering for an event through this platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify support@meetflux.ai promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or harassing content.
• Upload material that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or is unlawful in the jurisdiction of the event.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when registering for an event.

Events, payments, and refunds

Each event on MeetFluxAI is operated by an independent organizer. The organizer sets the ticket price, refund policy, attendance rules, and any custom registration fields. MeetFluxAI provides the platform; it is not a party to the agreement between you and the organizer.

Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Refunds, where offered, follow the event organizer’s posted policy. Platform fees, if any, are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (names, profile information, comments). You grant MeetFluxAI a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate the service — for example, showing your registration to the relevant organizer.

Service availability

We provide the platform “as is” and do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or any specific outcome from the events you register for. Scheduled maintenance and incident reports are posted at the relevant status page when available.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MeetFluxAI’s aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the platform fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or pose a security risk. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@meetflux.ai.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page and the effective date below will be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
