Privacy Policy

MeetFluxAI (“we”, “us”) provides an event registration and management platform for community organizations. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

  • Account & profile. Name (English and/or Chinese), email address, phone number, organization affiliation, and an optional avatar. You provide these when you register or update your profile.
  • Event registrations. The events you register for, the ticket types you select, attendee names you enter, any waiver acceptance, and any custom-field answers an organizer asks for (e.g. dietary preference, graduation year).
  • Payment. Card details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and never reach MeetFluxAI servers. We store only the resulting reference code, amount, and status.
  • Technical data. A session token in your browser’s local storage, a language-preference cookie, and standard request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

  • To create your registrations and check you in at events.
  • To send transactional email related to your activity: registration confirmation, payment confirmation, event reminders, password / login messages. These are not marketing emails.
  • To let organizers manage their event roster and seating.
  • To investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.

Who can see your information

  • Event organizers of events you register for can see your registration details (name, contact, ticket, custom-field answers, payment status). This is the core of the service.
  • Service providers. Google Cloud (hosting in the United States), Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS / CDN). Each processes a narrow slice of data and is bound by its own contract.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.

How long we keep it

Account and registration data persist while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@meetflux.ai; we will delete or anonymize your account within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your rights

You can view, correct, or download the data tied to your account via your profile page, or by contacting support@meetflux.ai. California residents may additionally request a summary of categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months under CCPA.

Children

MeetFluxAI is not directed at children under 13. If a parent or guardian registers a minor for an event, the organizer of that event is responsible for consent. Do not create an independent account for a child under 13.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small set of first-party cookies: a session identifier and a language-preference cookie. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Changes to this policy

We will post material changes on this page and update the effective date below. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
